FAQ

How do you get paid?

I do not charge any fees for my advice to serving personnel, reservists or MOD civilians. When arranging a mortgage I am paid a fee by the lender on completion. For protection business I am paid a commission by the insurer.

What lenders do you deal with?

I am what is commonly called a 'whole of market broker' and have access to the vast majority of lenders in the UK. There are a small number of lenders I do not have access to, who only deal directly with clients.

I'm not sure if I am ready to buy yet, should I contact you later?

A quick chat to go over your situation is always a good idea, even if you are not ready just yet I may be able to give you some pointers or guidance to get prepared for your future purchase.
